I'm doing alright. I've had to modify the pushups a bit more to get them in as the increases have been too fast for me. I will be happy when when they are done!!

I am at the hotel and I left my resistance bands along with my computer at home, so I will be going into the weight room to lift some free weights to keep up with this challenge.

Okay, today is February 3rd and I missed the challenge yesterday due to many things happening throughout the day. At any rate, here is the same bedroom door with the resistance bands placed lower so that I am able to sit in a chair and do my rows. I did 3 sets of 10.

Today is February 1, 2020, and here is a picture of my bedroom door with the resistance bands. I did three sets of ten with a starting position of my arm at a ninety-degree angle and pressing my downturned fists toward the floor.

My February Challenge will be to strengthen my arms as when I unload the Co-op from my friend's vehicle, it takes anywhere from three to four hours to do and I am nonstop just carrying boxes out of her vehicle into her home where she opens them and sorts them. Then I get my Co-op and load it into my vehicle to unload when I get home and WOW, I am tired and I feel like if I had extra strength in my arms, I would be so tired and my arms ache for a couple of days.

I was going to do them on my bosu (half ball) since that takes most of the weight and I can work on form. If not, I'll have to change to elevated.

I have had wrist issues too. I usually do wall push-ups.

I am doing two but they are related. The main one is a push up challenge. I am going to do modified pushups.

Relatedly I am going to do wrist flexibility as pushups give me wrist issues.

Hopefully I can make it through the month without my wrist giving me too many issues.

Decision made. I'm doing an upper arm challenge. I'm hoping to up the weight as I go along.

The February challenge will be a pick your own 30 day fitness challenge. Since February is a short month it's up to you whether you want to start early or go late.
There are so many on-line 30 challenges that you can pick from. Pick the one that's best suited for your own personal goals/needs.

I'm starting Friday but still unsure of what I'm going to do, I have a couple ideas but haven't decided yet. I'll post what I'm doing later.

As always don't forget to post what you're doing and how it's going.
