FFK, would not matter in my case, I would not survive 5 min in a zombie uprising. I am 68, overweight, handicapped and not very imaginative. I would spend the first 5 min looking for Daryl then it would be curtains. emoticon

I live in France, not much choice. No Walmarts, no Costco, no sporting goods store to speak off (there are two but they focus on clothes & minimal gear - no weapons). The good news is that my home is surrounded by hedges on 3 sides, a stone wall / fence in the back and a gate across the driveway. The house is built of cement blocks and has a basement so I think I'd be pretty secure from the zombies for awhile, as long as the food holds out.

Original SW on 1/1/11 - 204.4 lbs.
Original GW on 9/1/11 - 134.5 lbs
Original GOAL ACHIEVED! 70 lbs. banished!

Time zone: EST

New SW on 1/1/19 - 204, back to the very beginning
New GW by 12/31/20 - 135

Mind the Gap! between what we know we should do and what we actually choose to do.

My husband is the national guard, the first place we'd go is the Armory. They have weapons, the building is easily defensible and they have stacks and stacks of MRE's.

Sav-a-Lot....it is a store around the block which carries the necessities.

You can't wait for motivation to strike; sometimes you need to dig deep into yourself and find the motivation on your own.

Today is the first day. Day one of the end of the world. The Zombie Apocalypse. This is the first day you have to make a "supply run". One stop only. Where do you go and why?

Build good habits!! Extinguish bad habits!!
Make decisions based on the longevity you want from life.
