Hillary - congratulations - what an acheivement! You are right - the time does fly...it seems like the first 10 days are the longest, but after that it goes so quickly. By sticking with it through the ups and downs, you've really made lasting progress.

Your post here reminded me that I forgot to enter my own woohoo 100 Day moment! So, I'll say ditto to everything you said. I started out at 185.5 and in my first 100 days only lost 4.5 pounds, but who knows, without working for those pounds, I may have gained 4.5 and be 9 pounds heavier than I am now! I know I've really learned some things in that 100 Days and I sure feel better, I'm stronger and excited about the next 100 Days!

100 days... WOW! When I first started this streak, 100 days seemed almost impossible. Now that I am here I must say that the days really flew by! My weight on emoticon was 210.2. Today the scale read 201.8! That is a total of 8.4 pounds lost. It has been a roller coaster ride to get here but if I wouldn't have stuck with it I sure would not have gotten this far!
