This thread is just right for my monthly weigh in - would anyone like to join me?

My current weight is 14 st 7.5 (203.5)

Where has everyone gone - this is such an excellent concept for a streak! I will be starting my diet on Wednesday and hope to make an unbroken streak til I get to goal. It is so doable!

How many months in-a-row can YOU go (down, that is)? Recently, my company reported that it had acheived a profit for the 16th consecutive month. It made me think it would be fun to see how many months in a row those of us on this streak could acheive a loss. Kind of a challenge within the challenge! This would be a place to record the 'bigger picture' of our journey. A loss each month, no matter what size, will eventually take you to your goal! Just record the month and how much you lost and see how long you can keep it going. It would eventually look something like this:
