I don't have a teenager, so I don't know. But I wonder if family bike rides, hikes, walks....something that involves everyone so she doesn't feel singled out. Also, part of what helped me become more active was how good I felt AFTER the activity (because sometimes exercise itself doesn't feel great). I like your idea of having her beat you at Wii, too.

Does anyone have teenagers that are couch potatoes? How do you get them to move? I'm thinking of getting a challenge ready for my daughter (14). Probably just one that has her try to beet my high scores on the wii for now.

What do you do to get yours to move?
