I need a challenge that works around fast food,.... esp like McDonalds! I cannot stop going there and having the mcflurry's and sweet tea's on my cheat days its fine but I'm going non stop LOL

I think both smaller weekly challenges can lead to larger monthly goals. My vote is for both weekly and monthly challenges. I read somewhere recently that short-term, small goals add up to long-term, sustainable results.

I'm working towards a 1-2 pound weight loss per week. Something like that could be easily attainable by those of us seeking to lose a lot of weight before the cruise.
