Ok, we are all in different places in our journey so here's my challenge to all of you:

Pick your goal, be it .5lbs a week, 1lb a week, 2lbs a week or maybe a monthly goal of 2, 3 or 4lbs a Month!
Then, every week, weigh in, see how you are doing! We'll rejoyce and encourage every week and the end of the month! We'll keep it up from May thru August and re-evaluate!
WE CAN DO IT!!

Share your great secrets and spill your guts as to why you aren't losing and we'll all be here to keep each other on track!!

I'll start!

My goal is 3lbs a month-12lbs by the end of August. This is roughly .8lbs a week! I weigh in on Thursday so I'll update then!
