Hello all, time to get out butts in gear. NKOTBSB concerts start this month and it's time to pump it up! What better way to do that than with cardio? The challege is very simple complete 500 minutes of cardio this month. Keep track of your minutes through the fitness tab or which ever methods you prefer. This challege will run for the entire month, it will end June 11. So get out there and burn that fat off with some cardio. Don't forget to look to the fitness part of the site for tips and exercise ideas. Good luck! emoticon
