My goals for this week, to complete all tasks in the email and continue walking and jogging on my treadmill 6 days a week for 55 minutes a day.
I am also starting to get outside and walk my dog twice a day for at least 20 minutes each time.
I hope to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of the 4 weeks and get toned and more fit. emoticon

My goals for this week are to stick with this challenge by exercising at least 10 minutes each day, walking at least 15 minutes on my treadmill, and tracking my nutrition.

I am also starting my FlyLady Program to get rid of the CHAOS in my house and Working my Total Money Make Over. I feel that these all interrelate and hope that getting these other areas in line will help me be successful with my weightloss program as well.

Hey Everyone!
So last night I too did Nicole's kickboxing video and felt great and even more energized afterwards! My goal is to finish the four weeks and tone up my body for swimsuit season because where I live most of the college kids spend their time at the beaches along the river.Good luck to everyone!

My main challenge goal is just to stick with the program for 4 whole weeks! I'm really great at starting stuff like this, then slacking off after about a week. My cardio is going to be Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat. Kind of a wonky schedule, but it works. My husband and I love to play tennis, so I'm going to use that as the main form of cardio. I'm also going to take some walks with my dog, and do the daily videos.

My other main challenge goal is to control my eating on a long-term scale. I'm usually an all-day snacker, but I want this challenge to help me break that habit. I know once I can get this harmful habit under control, I can get my weight under control.

Good luck everyone!

Finised day 1. I only did Coach Nicole's 10 Minute Kickboxing Cardio workout today. I love that it's only 10 minutes so it's relatively easy to fit it into your day. I've decided I'm going to do Jillian's 30 Day Shred Monday-Friday and still fit in some of my other workouts Monday and Wednesday during the week. My week should look something like this:

Monday- Friday: 30 Day Shred + 10 Minute Toning Videos for each day
Monday: J.M. No More Trouble Zones DVD
Wednesday: J.M. Maximize Full Frontal

Simply put, Monday's and Wednesday's I'm going to try to fit in 3 workouts. Which really only equates to a little over an hour of workout time on Monday and around 50 minutes of working out on Wednesdays. Hopefully I can stick to it- it's difficult to work out and finish a thesis. Good luck all!

Hi, this is the second time I have done this boot camp, and it does work! I just did the day one of cardio, and also did a two mile walk earlier. I usually do at least an hour a day, so will take my dog for a walk later. My goal is to keep up with the 60 min of exercise, plus do my day video..and hope to loose two more lbs. My goal will be to reach 150. I have lost about 20lbs since March 1. Down from 192 to 1690..or 170. my scale is weird..but my size 12s fit..down from a 16.

Day 1 done! Fun (and probably pretty funny to watch--I am definitely terrible at following directions and at one point I was just kind of flailing around with both arms and random knees, and laughing so hard I could hardly hear the audio.) My goal for this week is to track every day and complete the videos. I already do plenty of cardio each day, so that's not a problem. I'm excited about trying some new activities and challenging myself to stick with the program faithfully.

Well, I confess I am not doing today's kickboxing video. I was already registered to run a 5K race this morning. I just got home from that and I don't know if I'll fit the video in to all the other stuff I need to do today. But don't worry, it's an active day!

My goal for this week is to get my video workouts in every morning before work, then see if I can do them again after work before doing the cardio.

Have a great week everyone!

My goals are to get through the workouts each day and lose from my waist and hips while adding stamina and strength to my legs and arms.

I just finished Day 1 video and found out I am really out of shape. Either I am really uncoordinated or too slow. I had a hard time keeping up on some of the moves.

Also trouble doing jumping jacks. Must be a lack of leg strength or I am just too heavy for my roughly 5 height. I am a 60 yr old couch potato. I think I will practice doing a few jumps during the day without the arms until I feel more secure doing them.

My goal is just to be able to follow the boot camp challenges from day-to-day. The first 2 weeks will be the most challenging because it is the last 2 weeks of my college semester and have loads of homework to do besides. The upside is that if I follow the program, I will be more alert to complete my school tasks as well and boost my motivation which has been somewhat lacking the last couple of weeks. I only lost 2 pounds last month because of stress eating. This challenge will help me meet my goals for my birthday at the end of May- I would like to be able to fit into a very pretty purple camisole and sheer outer shirt. I will need to loose about 2 more inches minimum for the top to fit properly. I know I can do this.

My spring into shape challenge goal is to keep up the momentum I have going and to help me want to keep going until I reach my goal. I have stopped and started so many times in the past, but have started and not stopped this time and I want to stick with it. I think this challenge will help me to do that.

I just started a new diet and workout plan last week, so this challenge comes at a great time for me to keep it up! My goal is just to keep logging in my food and getting up every morning to do my workout. I've already lost some weight going into my second week and I don't want to quit because I have a bad day at work or with the kids. I want to keep this up and lose a ton of weight that doesn't belong on my body.

Wishing everyone else happiness in their workouts!

Hi everyone! emoticon
Today will be day one one the bootcamp work outs for me. I already work out regularly and so far since January or Febuary have lost around 25 to 30 lbs! I do Turbo Jam, the treadmill, hiking, Gold's Gym and floor exercises.

I joined this team to step it up a notch. I still have about 20 lbs to go! So I thought the new SPARKPEOPLE workouts would be a fun change and add spice to my workouts!

So I wish everyone well and hope you all reach your goals. LETS DO THIS! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I want to be able to do week 1's strength videos by the end of week 4 at the each exercise's highest intensity. Right now I can barely do the lowest intensity for many of the exercises.

Ran 12 miles yesterday then did 9 holes of golf. I am thinking today might just be a yoga day!
