You are required to do five 30 minute cardio sessions a week for the challenge so it looks like you've already got that covered. If you get bored you might want to switch up your cardio, but if you're happy with your current plan I would stick with the elliptical in addition to the videos.

Its always good to change up your workout. I need to change mine up as well. I do a lot of running and have been stalled in my weight loss for a year.

I have been already doing the elliptical for 45 -60 mins 4-6 times a week.

So do you think I should add something else besides the toning workouts??
