Week one day 3 started off shaky when I got out of bed late. I managed to get in the video and only 10 minutes of cardio, However I am brought my walking shoes to work today so I will be walking for 30 minutes on my lunch so that I get in my cardio.

Week 1 Day 3 I did the video today and cardio too! I just want to keep on track and I know the weight will come off. Finally feeling better after workouts and less like i am dying!! LOL! Need to keep it up and keep my hubby motivated so his blood sugar and B/P will improve!!

Thanks! I just finished my daily video. :) I was planning to walk at the mall on my lunch break since it is chilly, but didn't. I will be doing either a walking exercise video or the elliptical tonight to get my cardio workout in. ;)

So far so good! I have done all of my workouts/cardio so far! Hopefully I can stick with it! I am trying to cut back on junk food now too.
