I started today! Loved the kickboxing! So much fun. I also incorporated squats, burpees, wall sits, and some abdominal work outs.

I can tell its going to be a hard road, but I can't keep living like this where my clothes just don't fit and I feel uncomfortable in crowds.

Love the Spark Points idea. My fiancÚ is helping out by agreeing to be part of the dieting plan (reluctantly). Day 1 done, 27 days left. :-)

Boy, I am out-of-shape and uncoordinated so it's a good thing I did the video in the privacy of my own home! But I DID IT! And I am motivated to keep going and get out in this beautiful Pittsburgh weather to walk the dog for my cardio. emoticon

I just finished day 1 too! Sweat is pouring off of me and it feels AMAZING!
Hope I can keep this up for the full 4 weeks, I really needed a little something extra to keep me motivated!

I just finished the week 1 day 1 video and I feel great! I was able to almost keep up with Coach Nicole! This is great! emoticon emoticon

I have tried this a few times, but have never been as desperate as I am now to lose all this extra weight. I'm tired of feeling this way. Tomorrow I will begin this challenge and I plan to stick it out for the full 4 weeks and really try to complete the workouts. I really want to do this so I can stop feeling like this-- emoticon
