The glute/thigh workout was great. Thankful for briefness becuz you really felt the muscles worked so that is another area to strengthen. Did you receive your bands from Amazon? Leave a pic for me someplace. So glad first week complete. It feels good to move forward, right? May not have been perfect, but so glad able to catch up and be mindful. Thank you Lord!!

I know what you mean about pilates. I forgot to mention that 6 minute exercise for the glutes on Wednesday too. I thought, oh, six minutes, I can do this. lol What a workout though! I have to wait with the resistance band exercise. I marked it on my tracker but I ordered a cute pink one from amazon, should be coming soon than I can do those exercises. Then I can make up for it by doubling it next week. I haven't looked at todays/friday but I'm about to. Wow, I can't wait to weight myself Saturday lol. Hoping to see some good results!

Yikes, catching up with cardio kicked my butt, but glad rebounding makes it go by so fast. Today's workout toning the arms was so much better. Pilates & breathing the right times is not my thing. How about you? Do you like the Pilates from yesterday? Exhale when you do this, in hale as you do that, I get confused and stop mid way during exercise to figure it out. Almost comical, right. Ok. Hope you had a great one today. All my best.

Yes, the Kickboxing was great! Love those short and sweet, esp. when I was watching TV. I need to workout early tomorrow. right? Got to get the cardio in starting tomorrow. Ok. off to sleep I go. Have a great Tuesday All!

Kickboxing routine:

Great workout! You can really feel it in your arms. I struggled with the "grapevine" exercise though, moving side to side, with the added punches. I felt like I couldn't coordinate to punch and walk sideways at the same time! Perhaps it just takes practice. I will do it again today.
