I JUST TRY TO BE SURE I GET ALL MY G-BOMBS IN EVERY DAY.

HAD THEM ALL TODAY SO FAR EXCEPT THE BEANS. I CAN GET THOSE IN FOR DINNER IN SOME FORM.

ALSO AT LEAST ONE COOKED VEGGIE DISH WHICH I DID TOO IN FORM OF STEAMING TODAY.

AND AT LEAST ONE CRUCIFEROUS VEGGIE-DONE ALSO.

AND SMALL AMOUNT OF WHOLE GRAINS.

AND LOTS OF PLAIN WATER.

QUITE A SIMPLE SET OF RULES ACTUALLY.

ALSO WHAT I CHOOSE NOT TO EAT IS AS IMPORTANT AS WHAT I DO EAT!
NO MEAT, NO DAIRY, NO FAT! NO SUGARS, NATURAL OR ARTIFICIAL!
NO PROCESSED FOODS OTHER THAN BLACK BEAN CHIPS.

We have been talking about how much greens should be in a serving so I have been looking for the answers. First off serving not really what its about its more what we should eat verses what we should not eat...
