I'm technically playing tennis tonight, but in all fairness I shouldn't be allowed to call it that. I will be running around the court hitting balls out of bounds.

Yesterday was my first day. I walked around my neighborhood for 25 mins. I thought that was pretty good for me. I also mowed our front lawn just so I can be out in the nice weather. I'm trying to keep the walking as a routine and also involve my husband. Today, I'm going to have my phone charged enough so I can see my distance.

After work, I'm heading to the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical and then some quality time with the weights - strength training for my jiggly arms!

Hi All!! I'm new to this team... Just turned 28 & want to get my body back :) (DS is 21 months now so thats no excuse!!) My Excercise plan for the day is.... DS & I have already swam for an hour this morning... next we hit the gym for 30 min on the treadmill or elliptical (which ever is available) followed by a 30 min CXWORK class (all core) I need someone to keep me motivated

Started out doing 45 minute yogalates video but felt so good I decided to do 45 minute yoga after. Overdid it, now my hip and knee are hurting again :(

Well I am also stating fresh today and i am proud of my 20 minutes of the elliptical, running for 10 minutes w/o stopping on the treadmill, (this is a really big feat for my 184 lb body!!) and then I followed with 30 minutes of arm and leg circuit training. I just need to stay motivated and away from the fridge at night so my workout does not go to waste.

okay...in about 20 minutes I will be making my way to the gym where I will run for 20 minutes and do the stepper for another 20. Then, I will conduct an arm/weights routine. What about YOU!?!

LOL - I have a BUNCH of goals I try to stick with for various teams.

1. Day 1 of Boot Camp
2. 30 B&B's
3. 30 min of cardio
4. 50 Lunges
5. 50 Squats
6. 15 min of strength
7. Walk my dog 15 min.
8. Play with dog 30 min.

Starting HMR in-clinic on December 2nd!
