HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Every SUNDAY by midnight, participants will "weigh in" here (or send me a private message if you don't want to publish your weigh-ins). I will crunch the numbers first thing Monday morning and post who is the biggest loser for the week (based on % lost since previous week's weigh-in).

That person will come up with a challenge for the group to complete related to fitness, water, sleep, food, etc... (drink 2 extra cups of water than you normally do, complete 100 sit ups before the next weigh in, go to bed 30 mins earlier than than you normally do, try and share a new recipe). If we don't hear from the winner by the end of the day Monday, I'll come up with something.


HOW TO GET STARTED:
If you want to participate, please post your stats (or send to me) by midnight on January 1st. Since New Years is on a Tuesday, the first week will be a couple days shorter just to get on an easier to maintain schedule.

If you miss some weigh-ins and want to jump in late, just post your starting weight and you can compete for the next weigh-in.

1/6: 164 (optional: notes on if you completed the group challenge or not, thoughts on why you did or did not do well this week, etc...)
