The intent was to set your own challenge here...tell us about it and how you are doing...I have
definitely dropped the ball on this one!
My goal for August was to do 3 sets of jump rope/day and thensay day to day how that was going...I got derailed!

July Jumpingjacks didn't go so well!

August will be a month of horsing around!
I commit and will be accountable for doing 3 minutes of jumproping
per day(I do without rope...lol...)
Probably broke down to 1 min 3X/day

I am accountible to get out of this mess. Even if it comes down to telling these people that I know my body better than they do and that what is happening isn't doing me any good. The increased stress from all of this isn't doing me any good !

Made it over the weekend, didn't need to use the emergency phone #! That is good and I kept with the eating plan. Yet I don't know when I started walking in my sleep again. Found a small yogurt cup on the dinning room table empty. Then found one on the kitchen counter empty also. I had cleaned up the kitchen before going to bed and I know these things didn't get there by themselves and the dogs would have left them on the floor !
So I quess I'm not getting enough carbs and I'm making up for it during my sleep.
This morning I found a bowl in the bed room and an empty box of Kashi Go Lean. There was only a cup left in the box, but this is getting scary. I don't like the idea of walking around in my sleep doing all of this eating. Happened once when I was a teen and on a very rigid carb diet. Old habits die hard. I'm accountible !

While on vaca I was pretty accountable...I drank lots of water, ate my fruits and veggies. I didn't get a lot of exercise in, but a fair amount of walking...

I'm accountible for my actions and losing my cool on the phone today with the doctor's office!
Try as I may, these offices would rather make the appt.s for you and as I have found out all to often, they can screw up and then the blame falls on the patient. But not this time !
It just wasn't far for the poor gal at Dr. Malone's office who ended up hearing me fall apart! It wasn't her mistake, or mine! Primary office made an apt for the wrong office. Malone's office didn't make an apt for me and only called today to set up an apt for Aug 24th ! I just feel apart at the thought of going another month like I have been doing. I was so holding on to a shoe string waiting for that apt tomorrow !
Just before the phone call I'd read that I'm to stop taking the Slow acting insulin on July 13th !
So if that is the case why have I been beating my head against the brick wall ! Why is it that you can never get the people who make the mistakes on the phone ! Poor Michelle she was just so very understanding with a total stranger over the phone !
I'm accountible, and will try not to lose it with those that haven't made the mistake ! Had to call the other office which had made the apt and cancel and they are telling me that I needed to give them 24 hours notice to cancel. So not wanting to once again lose control, just told them that they got a referal sheet from my primary for an office visit with Dr. Malone, and that should never have been ignored when they don't have a Dr. Malone in their office.
I'm accountible for trying to keep my stress level low so that it doesn't upset my Blood Sugars. I'm accountible for eating correctly, drinking my 12 glasses of water, and fitting just a little fitness into my day. Not enough to affect my Blood Sugars ! I'm exhausted from this mornings events. I wonder what will happen next. So glad I have caller ID !

I tried some bic & Tri put I'm just so covered with black&blues, that when I try to do anything except maybe walk I hurt. Having trouble even finding a place to inject the insulin due to all the black & Blues !

June I sellected to be working on my arms. I'm doing bicept curls and tricept stretches!
I started yesterday and I did 10 each and I'm hoping to work my way up to doing 50 total with 3# dumbbells add next week ! How does that sounds Judy ! I'm with you I thank you for the encouragement that you bring to the team.

Like this morning and her Butt Blaster, it really busted my butt ! Here we go 16 !
