My Bean soup that I'm making is full of veggies too!
The two salads a day fills the veggies that we need to be getting in on a daily bases!
Carrots, celery, radishes, cauliflower, brocolli, red leaf lettuce, yellow & green squash, green, yellow, orange and red peppers also ! Soup has carrots& celery, onion and garlic !!!!

I have been eatting my veggies...5 servings every day! Yesterday I made a yummy
acorn squash soup! Veggies are easy for me. I love them. I fall short on dairy...

Between veggies and fruit today I will have had 3 fruits apple, banana, strawberries !
Veggies right that was what you said to focus on : red leaf lettuce, carrots, celery, radish, green& yellow squash, cucumber, sweet potato ! WooHoo. Really don't want anything else. Just no one come near me with Christmas Cookies ! Thanks

The December Challenge is to eat our veggies! There are so many temptations out there this month, but I believe if we focus on getting our 5 servings of vegetables in we will be less likely
to snack on the junk food!
