While waiting for my prints to actually print, I do this thing (i dont know what its called, but I am sure it has a name) I lean left to right and kick my leg back... so I'm almost kicking myself in the butt lol-- and the prints I'm waiting for are in truth "plots" so i do this for 2-3minutes

kickboxing, jumpingjacks, forward lunges while getting breakfast ! That was a mistake, should have taken my blood sugars before I started moving around. FBS 150, oh well ! Did feel good to move around this morning.

I'm taking today off ! It seems that I have broken a blood vessel in my right eye ! I didn't notice it myself yesterday, but my SIL wanted to know which dog ran into my eye yesterday and I know it wasn't there when I took my shower in the morning. So not sure when I did it, but I don't want to increase my blood pressure for a couple of days seeing I"m on a blood thinner !

OH! that makes too much sense!!

I guess I did that today, in forgetting my wallet when it came time to check out @hannaford, I ran to my car and back... keep in mind I already park as FAR as I can from the door! Good heat pumping moments... Do you guys bother tracking the bursts? or just figure its a bonus?

Saturday I did 3 bursts of Wall push-ups ! Walked pups for 30 mins !

Sunday I added three bursts to my 30 min mile with three extra jogging minutes ! It feels good!

And this morning i can't call it a burst, I just did a 20 min. band strengthening workout !
Along with pups 30 min walk. I'm thiniking of doing my 30 min mile this afternoon ! We will see !

Can't call it a burst, I did Day 1 from the Jan. Jumpstart Video collection !
The the Pups and I did a 30 min, very stop and start walk! Then I came home and got in my 30 min mile with intervals video done !

I admit, yesterday I only did 1 burst....shadow boxing while microwaving my lunch.

Today I have 2 bursts done: shadowboxing, jogging in place....I think imaginary jumproping will
be next.

Okay I'm in this morning I have done 30 min cardio and put in 3 mins, of jogging along with the video intervals so I have done 1 mile ! Adding those three extra mins of jogging with what they had made it very intereting ! I think it was what was needed to bump up the cardio ! 0 extra mins of fast action today ! emoticon to the emoticon !!!

February is emoticon month so lets do a cardio challenge!

Lets do (3) 1 minute cardio bursts at least 5 days/week.

Suggestions are shadow boxing(in front of mirror is fun!),
high knee marches. jogging in place.
Just DO IT and then come tell us about it.
