I've been doing squats... whenever I remember and I am not in public. sometimes this is in the kitchen, sometimes the stock room at work! lol

Coach Nicole has a seated chair video that works the legs with resistance bands. I just love this video. I used it when I did the 8 Week diabetes challenge. It really did a great job of getting the legs looking better !

Interesting subject. All I can say is that I have been on the go today since 9am moving snow, and then out with friends who had to come down from Ti today. First we walked all over the mall! Then we walked all over Lowes, then Home Depot, then over to TRacker Supply, then over to the hospital for the appt. they had to come down for. After that it was to Monihan's, then Price Chopper. And finaly back up to Sears. My legs have surly had a work out today. With pushing me and the snow blower around the drive way and then the tour de france of shopping ! So walking today is the leg exercise i would recommend.
