I'm back in the game! Day 61, chest and back. I was on vacation for 2 weeks and couldn't do much last week. what a difference 3 weeks make. I feel as if I fallen so out of shape!

I wasn't able to fit in my 38 day Back and Bi yesterday so I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then this morning I did my Back and Bi's tape and tonight I will catch up and do my Ultimate Ball!

I made a new calendar with all my rest days on Sundays and apart from that it's identical. I will give it a try, but after doing the first 3 days, it seems ok. I loooooved Tabata Inferno :)

Day 60 - Tabata Inferno

- Maayotte as long as your feeling fine to continue on without the set rest day you should be okay. Rest days are for recovery anyway.

I may have to reset my weight loss goals - I've almost hit the target spark has set for me. Though I'm not trying to lose weight. I hope to incinerate the stubborn fat in another round of S90 before the end of Dec. Been good with my Nutrition - Just need to stick to it for the remaining 30 days. We can do this! =)

Today: Tabata Inferno

The rest days are not convenient to me. I have decided that I would do my workouts in the sequence given and my rest day will be on Sunday. Don't think it makes a big difference.

LHLADY517 - I remember doing 30 day Shred almost 2 years ago. It was one of the first workouts i got in to when i was trying to lose almost 60 - 70 lbs of excess weight i was carrying at the time. It's a great Workout program but not as good as S90 in my opinion. The Intensity of of S90 feels more like P90X (maybe even harder) since its continuous circuit rotations with minimal rest times. And with the combination of Heavy weights - it feels more like a inspired Crossfit workout.
