Today I am 3 points under my goal, and the only fruit I had was apple juice. The bottle says it is 2 servings of fruit, but Weight Watchers doesn't want us to count fruit juice as juice. Bah, hell with it. Two servings of fruit it is!

Yesterday I hit my points target dead on. I had 3 servings of fruits/veggies instead of 5, but hey, it's still much better than what I used to eat!

I have 3 points to spare today, not including the optional extra points for my activity points. I had grapes, a banana, squash (in angel hair pasta), and spinach as my fruits/vegetables today. I also only had one soda. That is a major achievement for me! I have been fighting my soda addiction for so long.

Yesterday (Monday) I went over my points slightly, but it balanced out with my Activity Points since I worked out for an hour. I am so excited: I actually ate all 5 servings of fruits and vegetables recommended by Weight Watchers! Do you know how long it's been since I've touched a fruit or vegetable, let alone 5 servings in one day? That was definitely my biggest success of the day.

Hi there! Since I just started Weight Watchers, I will use this thread to post how I did staying within my points range and my progress in learning to eat healthier. I write down my food log so I won't post all of that here and duplicate my efforts, but I would like a place to "debrief" each day, look over how I did, monitor my progress, see where I may do better...and, of course, get your feedback!
