I just started too!! emoticon !! This is my second week!! I became very frustrated when I stepped on the scales Sunday to find I had only lost a half of a pound, but like you I have used ww and have lost a significant amount of weight in the past. Therefore I understand I have to just keep going and stay motivated!! That's why I LOVE Spark People, AWESOME community, but alas there is SOOO much terrific stuff I'm still learning how to participate in everything and take advantage of all of the wonderful tools!!! Great to see another "newbie" on here!! emoticon emoticon

Just started with Spark and hope to loose 25 more lb. Did weight watchers but cost money. So when someone told me about Spark I cancelled w/w and joined here. Lost 35 lbs. hope the other 25 can come off here. starting at 175.2

Just starting and weighing at 170. My usual weigh in day is Wednesday. Friday we leave for vacation so I will miss one week. Gotta stick to eating healthy tho.

You are doing fantastic, but I have a question. Should it be biggest loser by lbs. lost or percentage lost?

Never give up on a dream because of the time that will pass to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway
