I did a hasfit video of low impact cardio for 30 mins with 2 lb weights my goal is to get up too using 5 lbs, at least its my first goal anyway.

treadmill- I find if I read while I walk, I lose track and walk longer. emoticon

I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the bike....my quads are feeling it!

I am on my feet moving and standing and walking nonstop for 8 hours at my job, but that is all I've done. I'm too sore for the treadmill today. I work in retail and luckily not full-time but the days I'm scheduled to work 8-9 hour days multiple days in a row are pretty rough.

Better than yesterday but rapid changes in weather cause lots of pain. Still, everyone with arthritis knows - if you don't use it, you lose it.

I work today for 3 hours, retail, so am always standing/walking continuously and then we went to the museum for 2 hours, and then a car show for 3 hours. How many calories do you think that burns??? It has to count for something, doesn't it?
