I did not reach my personal goal for pounds lost in May.
Only lost 2 pounds this month.
There were many days I did not walk my usual 10,000 steps daily.

GOALS June:
lose 1 pound every week this month.
drink extra water daily
walk 10,000 steps daily minimum.

Carried the de cluttering over to SparkPeople. This is starting week 3 and was too overwhelming. I was on 11 teams with various challenges and logging in and posting daily and on this iPad over 4 hours a day. Condensed it down to 5 teams and my 5k 30 day training challenge.
