Hi Darian

Welcome back to 100 Days, and well done for posting.

The system we have got going here is to use 'reply' and add to the existing thread, rather than starting a new topic. The current Day is always the top 'sticky' thread in the Lessons Forum.

I hope that makes sense. Come on over to Day 42 today and join in the conversation using 'reply'.

We also use the Reports Forum to create our own journal, if you'd like to do that.

Hope I am doing this right , creating a new topic vs replying? REcommitting to Spark and 100 Days

Motivation is a Choice!!

For me motivation is tied to action, I like to think but sometimes I need action and action motivates more action. I liked the suggestion in todays reading "to list every possible action that would move me toward my desired goal".

Today I took out my journal and listed somethings I can do to keep up some light exercise while I am recovering from surgery, such as changing the time I exercise to the time of day I now feel the best and most able to go for a short walk or do a light easy exercise video etc, etc, I am going to go now and take an action and actually get down on floor and do my thorough stretching routine.
