The new year is almost here...so...let's start the year off by getting off our butt and moving!

If your thing is crunches, calf raises, jumping jacks or whatever....let's aim for 50 a day. Start out doing as many as possible and build up. If you get more....then, that's even better. Do whatever is safe for you....then, work to better yourself each day.

You can do one kind for as long as you want or change up and do something different each day. Just do the best you can....but, aim for the 50 a day. Post each day what you do.
