Hi Melissa

I know that feeling. Had a hectic week. and the rest of the month does not look any better. Started of Friday with Curry day at work. then a birthday party on Saturday and I did not eat before I left so I kind of overdid it on the wrong stuff. Last night was hubbies birthday - except for the amarula cream and Bread roll I didn't do to bad. This weekend is a kitchen tea and next weekend my son's birthday. Weekend after a wedding. - All in all I'm still excited to go and weigh in tomorrow - even if I have picked up - hoping it will kick me back into action to get going. Unfortunately we all go through phases where we don't do to well. I'v decided to be extra good during the week, and to make sure I eat correct before I go to any of the functions. Hold thumbs for me that it works.

Went for my weigh inn. I have lost 0.5kg. don't think it's to bad seeing I cheated a lot. but still have to be extra good this week, so I can loose more by the end of the week.

Hi Amy :-)
My weight loss efforts have come to a complete standstill.... I guess I simply haven't been trying hard enough to eat right (more specifically, NOT to eat wrong... I just can't always manage to say no to take-aways and other serious no-no's emoticon )

This morning I weighed in at 81.8kg.... which is about 0.8kg up from when I joined SparkPeople... so I feel ashamed to say I am moving in the wrong direction.... I guess that means I simply have to try harder!

Anyway, good luck with your journey, let's keep in touch and keep motivating each other :-)

weighed today and stil at 76! oh well at least i have not gained! But will really need to get going next week! good luck every one! Lets do this!

No Matter which day of the week you weigh yourself, maybe you would like to record it here so you can add some accountability to your weigh ins. It is so much easier when you have others to support and encourage you. I weigh on Fridays so until then - lets go for it!!!!
