Thanks for the info. I love the protein from Garden of Life - all vegan - but alas, it comes in very small quantities and a "bit" higher price tag -- and with DH still out of work, budget constraints are in full force. I will check into this one.

That's great you found a whey that meets all your specifications!

Thanks for the info and the source, as it makes shopping so much easier for those looking for a quick solution... you've done the hard part... the homework!

Found a great source of protein made by "Well Wisdom" www.wellwisdom.com/ ; I purchase it from Iherb www.iherb.com/search?kw=well+wisdom+

because it is less expensive there.

Because of hypoglycemia I needed a good source of protein that was readily available and because of a fungal infection I needed the source to not contain antibiotics; Well Wisdom protein fits the bill. Also, my doctor had told me that my immune system was "in the crapper" so I liked that this protein has immunoglobins in it too. Made from cows' milk, the cows are grass-fed, and they've not been given hormones or antibiotics. It is also made with stevia leaf so it won't affect your blood sugar negatively. Comes in natural, vanilla, and chocolate.

I prepare mine in a food processer with frozen berries and "Horizon 2% Organic Milk" -- a little less than a 1/3 cup www.horizondairy.com/products/milk-m

. It whips up like a soft serve ice cream; it is incredibly DELICIOUS! And it is very easy on the digestion.
