Walking and "gentle yoga".
You can do both at your own pace, with very little gear, at home.

I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease last month, and I know that I can't do tough exercise yet, but I am getting antsy just sitting around. Does anyone have experience with exercises that they could do with this disease in it's earlier stages? I would love to know what worked for others. I'm focusing on food now, but I want to figure out something that will help me move a bit. emoticon
