I use a dietary supplement called Natural Calm Plus Calcium Premium Sports Magnesium-Calcium Drink. its a raspberry -lemon flavored powder that you mix with water. it uses organic stevia, no artificial sweeteners. its a little bit pricey but lasts a long time as i dont need to use it daily. and its very mildly flavored. :)

Peace

Hi Tee!

I hadn't heard of Drip Drop before, so I looked it up. Seems to be a very similar product, only it does have sucralose in it. I try to avoid any artificial sweeteners, but I definitely think drip drop would be much better than one of the commercial sports drinks.

Thanks for sharing this Mzz. I looked for Drip Drop hydrating powder added to water at CVS and Walgreen. Neither store had it. I drink plain coconut water when I swim since I am l having dehydration problem, but lugging cans of this water up 25 steps is difficult. Using powdered Coco Hydro would be lighter and easier. I will look for it the next time I go to Sprouts.

Hi Team!

For those of you looking for a Sports Drink, Coco Hydro might interest you.

Its a powder that's made from dehydrated coconut water, that can be added to water to increase your electrolytes when you are working out hard and sweating.

I've tried the unflavored, which tastes like regular coconut water.
And the raspberry pomegranite, which just has a hint of flavor to it.
Actually I added a pinch of powdered vitamin C to it, to add more punch to the flavor.
It also comes in Pineapple.

Bought it at Sprouts.
Here's a link to their site, where you can learn a bit more about it to see if it might work for you. I'm giving you the link to the trace mineral list, since its a bit hard to get to. But you can navigate the site from there and find out more about the product.
