TT9192 simply copy the list any one of us has posted (like mine below) and when you reply include it in your message with the number of you've done next to each day you've done them (i.e., 1 = November 1st, 2 = November 2nd, etc.) Hope this helps and glad to have you taking this challenge on with us!

I want to join this challange. I have already done 100 crunches and 20 lying leg lifts, 25 reverse crunches (tues Nov2) and on Wed Nov.3 I did 150 crunches 25 reverse leg crunches, 25 lying straight leg raises. Thurs nothing How do I post this? I am not good at this. This is my first time actually joining a challange.

I was second guessing whether or not to do this challenge, because I struggle with crunches. But I am joining for two reasons, one because I need to tone my core desperately and two because I am going to use it as a distraction when I have nic fits. I'll explain this second one a bit more so y'all don't think I've gone completely round the bend. I am quitting smoking as of October 31 and I know that this is going to be a tough road ahead, but do-able and better for me in the long run. I also know that the cravings themselves last between 15-30 seconds and the first few days will be the worst, where I'll likely be getting them back to back. So, when I get a craving for nicotene starting on November 1st I am going to get in as many crunches as I can until the fit goes away. It will be better than eating them away and will hopefully help to keep my mind distracted. I do need all of your help in keeping me honest and making sure I'm posting my results on here. So, with all of your help, I'm in! :-)

Okay is every ready for November's Challenge? Carriebarbagel and I were talking and she wanted to do this months challenge. I hope you all will join us.
Here is how it works. Complete 1000 Situps - crunches for the whole month. Chose when and how many you want to do each day. Then post how many you did for the given day. When we are done with this challenge we are going to look smoking hot!
I will post a few links to some different types. But do what is best for you.

It starts Monday November 1st ends November 3oth
