Today is the last day of January and our challenge. Congrats to everyone who has participated. You've done such good work. Charledia, you have definitely stepped it up in January and I am very proud of you. Keep up the great work!!!! Onto the February challenge starting tomorrow.

JANUARY - NEW YEAR, NEW START CHALLENGE:

REGULAR CHALLENGE: 1 point for numbers 1-6

1).......8+ glasses of water daily
2).......log nutrition (either on SP or in a journal)
3).......20 minutes of specific physical exercise
4).......eat at least 4 fruits/vegetables
5).......sleep at least 7 hours nightly
6).......post on the chat line


BONUS CHALLENGE: 10 points for Bonus Challenge
In addition to the regular items here is the extra's for October to help the pounds fall as well as the leaves:

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY

100 high steps in addition to your regular workout routine

TUESDAY - THURSDAY - SATURDAY

12 stair steps X 3 times daily (or 12 x 3 step ups if you have step equipment)

SUNDAY

10 x 2 of your choice - wall pushups or modfied planks or genie poses
