So glad the January Jumpstart thing is done! Back to the Class challenge this time!

February - Exercise Away the Winter Blues

1. Log your nutrition (either on Spark People or in a journal)
2. Drink 8 glasses + water daily
3. Eat at least 4 fruit/veggies daily
4. Do something nice for someone (either here on SparkPeople or at home or work)
5. Exercise daily at least 15 minutes
(cardio & weights - alternate days)

COUNTING POINTS
Give yourself 1 (one) point for each item except for #5 -
#5 Count each exercise minute as 1 point whether it's weights or cardio
