My quest is to get off of my hiney and start exercising in a major way. This won't be easy because I have become really lazy.

Join the quest.

My first quest is to change my lifestyle resulting in 100 pound weight loss.
I am going to use a blend of Fit Father, Spark People and Doctor advise as guidelines.

Calorie intake goal - 2500 a day.
Water intake goal - 64 ounces a day.
Fitness minimum - 30 minutes of walking (or pacing if injured like today).

Reduce diet soda to being a treat.
Reduce beer to 10 per week.

Track food and fitness.
