Well, I stopped posting steps just because I was so busy stepping. This week I had over 100,000 steps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WooHoo for me.
Every day I made a point of getting out and walking further than I usually do. Steps inside the house and outside. Even wandering around the yard added up.
I believe it was those extra steps that got me on the fitness minutes of four of the five teams that I belong to this week. That is amazing for me. I even made it to number 3 on this team which is an enormous badge since there are so many really active people on this team.
So, on to this week without resting on my laurels (or my butt!).

Yesterday I got in 9243 steps without a walk (due to rain and running around).
I should have walked the house for the remaining steps needed for 10k.

We are not in a race for the most active person on this team, but peer pressure does help get you out of that chair for those last few steps.

For those with activity trackers; what is your step count today?

And that can/should include your bicycle/elliptical steps as those count.
