30 minutes on the Treadmill (5% incline and as fast as 15 min/mile) + 25 minutes on the Elliptical (5 of that cooldown).

185 minutes on my bicycle today. It was a rough ride with three...yes THREE flat tires! UGH! On the upside, I rode 32 miles and burned just under 2000 calories.

I try to mix it up too. Some days I do Zumba dance and Billy Blanks Taebo from Youtube and sometimes I put in my workout DVD's. I might look into the cardio burn & tone dvd also. Well, have a great work out.

Hi Summerlove222 - I just ordered her cardio burn and tone too. I also have her sculpting bar DVD. I'm trying to mix things up so I stay on track. With the exception of the treadmill, I really hate going to the gym So I'm trying to see if I can get enough cardio this way instead. :)

Today was the first day I got off of my butt and worked out. It felt great. I did the Tanja Djelevic toning ball DVD, cardio, upper & lower body and core workout. At first I was kicking myself for being so out of shape. Then I started feeling good that I worked hard enough to keep up and sweat. 40 minutes total.

changed my treadmill routine from constant 5% incline to varying incline of 3-7%. I start each mile at 4.3 mph and an incline of 3%; then every one-tenth of a mile I increase the incline by 0.5% until I reach one mile--then I start over again. Calories burned at the end stay the same but my heartrate varies--which I think is better for my health.

Since circuit is partly cardio, I did an hour yesterday and then play 2 hours of indoor soccer. I know I did something else too but can't think of what it was....I'm tired today from yesterdays over indulgence, but am aiming to do some skipping and at least half an hour on the treadmill.

My cardio consisted of walking back and forth to the stock room at work today. It wasn't nearly as much as I usually get, but I had to work all day setting the Valentine cards. I have to do the same thing again tomorrow at the other store I take care of.

nothing like joining a challenge at the end of the year. I walked .5 mile yesterday for my cardio and did 100 tae bo punches + 100 bicycle crunches. Today I walked 5 miles, ran 10 minutes, and did 75 walking lunges. Hope this continues into the new year. kim

I am new to this challenge. Is there a certain amount of cardio that is being aimed for each day or is it about doing some type of cardio every day and logging it in?

recovering from a bad cold, I did mostly yoga on the WiiFit yesterday. I felt ok afterward so I don't think I undid too much of the healing process.
