I am down 4 lbs from last week. WOO-HOO!!!!! I finally got under the 200 lb. mark. I am so excited. I have been working out 7 days a week. I can't say my eating has been as strict but I try to stay within my ranges at least 4-5 days a week. If and when I do go over my ranges or just have a binge day, the very next day I get back on track and continue to move forward. I am feeling stronger, which was a major concern for me. In the last 3 years, I have noticed my strength really waning. It was so bad, my arm would shake whenever I would pick up a gallon of milk. My aches and pains aren't as severe. This is amazing. And it's only been a full 7 weeks. I started my 8th week yesterday. I have truly enjoyed watching my body change. Right now, I can't see the physical results but I can feel them and that really excites me.

You will never have a victory if you do not recognize the conflict.

Down .6 lbs since Friday. Hadn't picked a weigh in day. It is Monday from here on out. A total of 15 lbs lost since I began working out and changing my diet on Nov 19, 2011.

Really thought this was a tough week, and was resigned to not losing anything this week. I'd been sick this week, and found it tough to stick to my calories - really wanted to eat junk. But I managed it. So happy!

I thought it would have been better, but I guess after a 10 day business trip with no exercise opportunities (other than walking) I should be glad I lost one whole pound. Current weight 183lbs, only 29 to go. Will have to try much harder this week!

Hi all couldn't post a message this morning site must have been really busy. Anyway lost 900g so pleased with that. Slow but sure. Clocked 42.3 kms walking last week so well into training for half marathon :-)

Hi. I just joined Sparkpeople on 1/17/12. However, I did weigh myself on this past Monday (1/16). I'm starting my long weight loss journey (again). So my starting weight is 317.4. (Sigh)

Started at : 163 lbs (beg. of challenge) I am 5'6"

(a week later) Last week: 158.8 lbs (finally in the 150's!) lost about 5lbs!

(a week later) This week: 155.7 lbs, lost about 3 lbs!

Back on 11-28, my weight was 179.8
12-12 it is 171.8
12-19 it is 170
12-26- I posted but forgot to post my weight!! DUH!!
1-2-12 it is 165.6
1-9- it is 164.6 ( I don't understand what is going on...was down to 163 earlier this
week and have been staying true to my eating plan!)
1-16 It was up yesterday to 165.4!! WHAT is going on?? Today it was back to 163.4
WEIRD. Well we will see what happens next week IF I can find a scale at our resort. I am NOT taking my scale on the plane with me :-)

1/17/12 239 -3 I didn't let the weekend throw me a curve ball. I used the time for more exercise instead. 10 minutes of exercise minimum challenge is really helping me.
