Stayed at 178 over the last week, which is good since I was under the weather and couldn't exercise all week. Getting back to it starting today. New goal: to be at my goal weight (135) by my wedding anniversary at the very latest. My "official" goal is to be there by New Year's Eve, but I'm giving myself a little more time so I don't get stressed out too much about losing. I just want to be down to 135 for at least 4 months before hubby and I start trying for our first baby at the end of next summer. Hopefully I can get him to jump on the wagon with me so we can be healthier together as we start a family.

Up two pounds after several weeks off consistent drops, so just rolling with it at 242. Celebrating not still at 256 and feeling like i lost 30!

Jumping into this Monday Weigh-in group...
I fought off the "lady time" bloat this week and held at the weight I've been maintaining for a couple of weeks, which is 181 lbs. I'm trying to disconnect myself a bit from the scale (it's SO hard!), and focus on how I feel "in my skin". That being said, I've got about 45 or so lbs to go to hit my goal.

First post/baseline: 28 July, weight 181.0

Am definitely learning something here, and that is learning emoticon how to maintain my weight. So while I did not lose, I did not gain either. Holding at 201. emoticon

This is preparing me for future "maintenance" for sure. emoticon

I lost 8 lbs this week. Its my first week and I am sure a lot was water weight. But it is soooooo much motivation for me. emoticon
