TORI: I do my exercise in a few times through out the day, like walk 5 minutes every hour. It all adds up. Yesterday I had 40 minutes. The day before 42.

"A Few Information About The Big Fiddle

Most people get to see the World’s Largest Fiddle when they dock at Sydney. If you come by car, there is ample parking along the harbor front.

The Fiddle is 60 feet high and is made with solid steel. It is quite impressive. You haven’t been to Sydney until you have a photo in front of the “Big Fiddle!”

My daughter still lives down there. My husband is at the bottom of the fiddle -lol. It's a souvenir picture for him. Cape Breton Island is one of the most scenic place to visit.

Alexander Graham Bell was a Scottish-born inventor, scientist, and engineer who is credited with inventing and patenting the first practical telephone. He also co-founded the American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) in 1885.

Because of his several discoveries important world wide, there is a museum in his honor. The Cabot Trail is awesome and so is the Bras D'Or.

MOMTOLJ you have a new picture. Love cellos.
So glad you are walking without a cane and aches and pains are decreasing. The workouts do help . This past couple of days I did not feel up to working out, but remembered the article to do "just 10" minutes. It works.

I Pledge to forgive myself for the past & keep going no matter how many times I fall. I have the strength and self discipline from the Grace of God & I will give my challenges to the Lord. I WILL HAVE A FRESH START EVERY DAY!!

I feel so much more better already and it inspires me to emoticon . Exercising has really helped me. I don't need my walker or cane anymore. My legs are much better and so is my heart. I will keep at it until I reach my healthy weight. That is my ultimate goal. emoticon emoticon

TONEDTORI Good for you! I find when we have an image, it kind of make it more motivating to reach our goal. I should plaster my fridge with a large photo that inspires me as to what I aspire to look like emoticon emoticon emoticon

I've given away 2 full bags of clothes that are now to big for me just because I never want to go there again. Moving forward.

I saw this series called "McCloud's daughters" and I loved the way they looked in their jeans, tank top tucked in and their flannel shirt tucked in and looking so fit and slim. That's my image. They didn't look so fit, but when they wore a dress, they were toned! emoticon

I have an image in my head where I'm slim and looking so much younger.... I had this large goal where I had to lose 123 pounds. Already I have much less to lose: 86.6. I divided this number by 15. Every months, I will lose approximately 6 pounds. I might lose more one month and less the other but I should be able to do this by next summer - 2021 emoticon

If one loses six or seven pounds a month be happy as well. am asking God's help to break out of my "comfort zone" remembering that to expect different results from the same behaviours is a very good definition of insanity. Just got a call to help with the staging of our little theatre production..need to head out, be of service and burn some calories.

Keep on sparking.

We need to set goals for ourselves, be sure that they are reachable. We did not get this heavy in a month, so we can not lose it all in a month. I am setting a 60 pound lost for the year, that's 5 pounds a month. I feel that is a doable goal. It's not set in stone, if I only get 3 or 4 pounds a month, I will be happy. A lost is always better than a gain.

Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my weight goals
