well, its Tuesday and I am down 1 lbs this week...159 now.. progress is at a snails pace but guess thats better than no pace.. I am getting ready down. I know I didn't gain this overnight so I won't lose overnight. But I am following to the tee and seems I should love at least 1.5lbs a week. emoticon

213.4...i started a walking routine in my basement sun...i lost 3lbs already...very encouraged..i dont have the I cant get to the gym excuse anymore for exercising..and my fridge looks different this week

OK....here we go again...week number 2----weight is still 214.

Apparantely we've hit the plateau again. Anyone who wants to read my latest blog it kinda covers some info about my weight loss and progress (slow slow progress...)..just puttin it out there if anyone is interested...u may even be on meds too that hinder weight loss by slowing metabolism which is my case.

So, again, I was SO careful and midful. My exercise was regular. I did indulge in 2 buttermilk pancakes so yeah, maybe that explains no loss? IDK...try again next week..Good thing I have patience...or atleast a pill that GIVES me patience..Lol. Because otherwise, my scale would be laying somewhere outside in my grass!!

Fingers crossed for a soon to come loss!

Up 1.4 but not really bothered by it as I had a long, consistent run of losses and it HAD to rebound sometime. I'll be down next week.

Also I am happy with my weight, fitness improvements and progress.

I am working towards a weight goal but a gain one week will not stop me. Woot!

I am down another pound this week. I only have about 4-5 more to go to reach my first goal. 20 pounds down by November 1st. I am so hoping I make it! I am down about 16-17 already! Keep those pounds coming off!!!
