Hi Ladies!

I feel like a new challenge each month is something this team could use. I plan to start this challenge December 1, 2013 (tomorrow) and continue to the end of the month, Then, depending on interest, I'll start a new challenge in January. Here's hoping to liven this team up!

This 30 day challenge is a modified version of this team's Betty Grable Challenge from 2011. It involves light strength training daily and cardio several times per week.

Cardio: At least 30 minutes of cardio four times per week.

Daily strength as follows:

Odd days:
* 20 abdominal exercises of your choice
* Plank for 1 minute
* 20 dips
* 20 push-ups

Even days:
* 20 forward lunges
* 20 lateral lunges
* 20 squats
* 20 calf raises

Track by listing the days you've completed and total cardio minutes, eg:

Day 1: Complete
Day 2: Complete
Day 3: Complete
Day 4:
Day 5:
Day 6:
etc

60/480 cardio minutes
