So it's that time of year where the tempting treats abound. This challenge is two months long, starting November 4 and ending Jan 3, to really include that whole end-of-year treat-binge. Join in at anytime.

The challenge is to set and complete three goals.

My goals:

1) Complete my BBL workouts daily 6 days per week (30-60 min exercise/day for 6 days)
2) Drink ten cups of water per day
3) Meet my daily step goal (currently 3000/day, weekly 20% increase
