this is a good thing; elevated heart rate is just what I need to do.
I have been doing the C25K routine for a while. I have been doing Week 2 for about 4 months now *ha* but I'm doing it. and it's more than I was doing before that.

So now I am ready to add something to the days when I don't run. I am glad to hear these videos are easy, and I hope they are fun.

My husband and I did the 1st video. It's easy enough to do, but it gets your heart rate up. Ready to do #2 tonight!

I can do this. I finally got my Wii hooked up to the internet, so I can pull up videos on SparkPeople.
I can do 10 min in the morning, before leaving for work. I spend at least that much time hitting the snooze button :-)

I just did a video for 8-Minute Cardio Intervals Workout and I thought it was going to be hard for me to do I can't really jump on my ankle but I just keep moving I got my heart rate up and keep it up through the whole video emoticon

We have a choice on how we live and mine is to think positive
Yesterday is past , tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I have to get to this goal by July 1

I did the cardio video today after hiking. I just felt so good!! I hope this really gets me into the good habit of daily exercise.

Started day 1 today. the 8 minute cardio intervals got my heartrate up fast. I also did Coach Nicole's 10 cardio kickboxing video.

I did the 8 minute cardio and alot of research about meal planning today. I have been successful on NO sugar today. I am off to a good start. Praise God, every day is a new day:)


I will accomplish my spiritual and physical goals this year!

Did the Day 1 Cardio video, then walked to work (13 min walk), which means that I will also be walking *home* from work.

Hey thanks everybody for the motivation boost.. after reading them gave me the inpiration to walk for 30 mins ... emoticon emoticon



hey guys after I did this post I went out for a walk intended to walk for 15 mins since it was day 1 week 1 but enjoyed the view so much lost the track of time and ended up with 50 mins and did 2 miles suprisingly.. hope I can keep up with the motivation or routine for that matter.. well any how I am glad I got to do it today its all about taking it one dat at a time...

well today I did the jump start video.. gotta tell ya during the 10 mins i wanted to stop twice because i was short of breath but stuck to it becuase I signed up for this challenge and already quitting that an not be and will not.. now I am proud to say I DID IT!!!!! later on in the evening gonna walk around the neighborhood.. feel happy do not want to lose the motivation or feeling should I say... emoticon 2013 here I come!!!!
