Cardio kickboxing sounds really fun. I think I'll give that one a try this week!

I chose the New You Bootcamp: Day 1 video and did it this evening. I felt good about doing two cardio workouts today: my regular one in the morning and this shorter one in the evening. I could also tell the daily workouts have been effective. I didn't find this workout overwhelming at all.

I did the 10 Minute cardio kickboxing video. I did this one because I enjoyed dong Tae-bo years ago and this was very similar to it.

I did the cardio kick boxing video. I am also doing a lot of circuit training along with walking for my cardio.

Great job! I did my regular workout video this morning and went to the gym for my cardio. I chose the same video to do for my extra workout and I'm going to be completing that this evening. I love this challenge! It's keeping me super motivated! Even though I'm not in the shape I want to be in yet, I can already feel the difference in my energy and mood! Keep up the great work everyone!!

**Update** Got home from work and completed the Crunchless Core workout. Man was that tough!! But it's what I want to work on so I'm super glad I completed it!

So the extra video i chose for this week is the 10 minute crunchless core video. My weakest area is my core, so thought this would be a perfect area to focus on this week. Good luck everyone!!!!
