I finished the program, doing the daily videos, 30 minutes or more (usually more) of cardio each day, tracked my food and drank my water, and...

I've lost 5.5 pounds this month!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Less than 4 more to go to reach my goal -- emoticon , SP!

What's really exciting is that I accomplished this during the most stressful period of my life ever. I easily could have spent this last month stuffing my anxiety with food, but instead I spent it working out and eating right -- proof, I think, that what I have achieved here on SP in the past 10 months truly IS a lasting lifestyle change!

Finished. Started on the 2nd. i didn't always do the sunday cardio, but i ran all those sundays, which was cardio. otherwise did all videos 4 times. it wasn't as hard as last year's in January, and I didn't work as hard at it (didn't do anything 3 times in a row) ... but then last year I was making exercise a habit. this year, exercise IS a habit!! Thank you Coach Nicole.

Wow...tough week (all hormonal).... But I stuck to the basics and made it through!

I have done my "ten minutes" at 11:30 at night a few times this week...squeezing them in just barely under the line...but I got them in every day!

Hope to see some f you on a new challenge soon.

Whats next?

Since the start of my jurney (about year and half ago), I have lost 40 pounds, which I am very proad of. Now to reach my goal, I need to loose another 80-10 pound.
I swim every other day about a mile and do interval cardio 2-3 days aweek plus 2 days strenght training with a trainer. and I eat a very healty, low fat, high protein, low carb diet. Anything else I should do to achive my goal?

It is 4 weeks and I am pleased with my exercise program. I had to make some adaptations to the workouts due to my medical conditions and the fact that I live on the second floor of an apartment complex with a neighbor below! But I am exercising most days of the week and doing cardio (water aerobics & exercise bike) and resistance/strength (hand weights and restistance bands). I am happy with my exercise program.

I envy people who were able to do all of the video exercises !

I have finished this challenge but I am going to repeat it.

Even though I did the video everyday and some cardio, I did not do all the extra videos and cardio that I should have.

There are many reasons -- just say may stress level this month has not been the best. I have to admit that while I did not always feel like exercising I did not turn to food to relieve the stress like I have in the past.

I think this challenge helped because it gave me a goal to continue to meet the goals for this challenge.

My goals for February

Drink 8 glasses of water

Do two videos / dvd Monday - Friday

Do 15 - 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week

Track my food better

Congrats to everyone that has finished this challenge

Done! emoticon Enjoyed the challenge even though there were days when I didn't feel like doing the videos but did them anyway! I even got better at some of the exercises that were difficult and also improved my breathing at the right time.:) Planning on doing the videos 2-3 times a week! Lost 2.5 pounds and closer to needing size 10 pants! That is very exciting considering I started with SP in July 2011 wearing size 18 tight. I also enjoyed cheering others on through the month as they worked to reach their goals as well! :) Looking forward to another challenge!!!

emoticon and emoticon , to the best of my ability I have finished something that for years I have put off. The biggest accomplishment for me is increasing my walking and getting out of the recliner at home. I have encouraged myself to continue, even though with having a nerve syndrome in the left hip, a reconstructed ankle of the right and a stint if the heart. With all of that I have maintained my goal weight, focusing more on portion control, lowered my Blood Pressure medication and my Diabetic Insulin dosage and able to walk farther then ever. All this because I wanted to continue to keep up with my 6 year old grand-daughter. Now it's her keeping up with Granny. Thanks to the support of those in the Challenge and naturally Spark.
I have not heard myself say or think " I can't but I can " in the last 4 weeks. Am I healthier,
you bet and proud of it.
Good Luck to all and above all be determined and Safe.

Finally finished. This is the first challenge I have ever started on here and finished for that matter. Have consistently done 5 days a week of cardio ranging from Taebo (kickboxing), Zumba, Walk Away the Pounds, and just this week -30 Day Shred with Jillian. I don't officially weigh in until Monday though.

I am FINISHED!!! I completed the challenge.. this was my first completed challenge and i am so thankful.. I learned some awesome things - including how important weight training is to my overall healthy new life. I have learned to push myself by competing against myself (ie. trying to beat last week's total fitness minutes).. so far I have lost 8 lbs this month due to the challenge and after a month of plateau.. I will be weighing in on Tuesday for the final count.. this has been AWESOME!
