My long term goals are to continue to do at least one video a day along with the walking or cycling. My extra videos so far are the pilates thigh, and dumbell arm videos. Trying to talk myself into the seated core video again tomorrow. We will see....

just starting week 4 & supposed to note long-term goals but during this challenge celebrated my 1 year anniversary w/SparkPeople. exceded my wt loss goals but more importantly am moving more & eating better. for all of you who have made an effort to be healthier...you have already won...whether you have reached your goals or still attempting. never give up...YOU are worth it!
