I agree I need to take care of me first... been doing this SP thing a while its hard to get out of the habit. Sometimes the trick is just to get up and start moving then its easier. Anyway I did take it easy last night, didn't push myself on the stepper, and still made it to bed by 830 lol

I wanted to sleep all the time when I was pregnant. It takes a toll on your body - you are exercising for 2 now so cut yourself some slack. emoticon

only did about 20 mins on my stair stepper, but did the video twice. Accomplished something

today I am exhausted! I'm getting over a cold, pregnant (6 weeks), have a head ache (for 2 days) and want nothing more but to curl into a blanket and sleep. I will get up shortly and go slowly on my stair stepper for a half hour (anything is better than nothing right?) and do my video, but for the record I don't want to :(
