I have one day left. I think joining the spring boot camp challenge is a great idea.

The January Jumpstart helped keep me motivated. I am healthier than I was I year ago, I weigh less and I now get more exercise.

I've joined the spring boot camp challenge to help keep me motivated through feb. Never felt so good by the end of January, normally I'm still moping around about my weight gain over the festive period.


Fear is what stops you... courage is what keeps you going.

I just finished day 4, week 4, too. I suddenly have a lot more energy. Down about 4 pounds. Not bad, but I feel great. Even sleeping better.

today is week 4 day 7! I have finished the challenge. My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures. I didn't lose that much weight but I see definition everywhere. I did circuit training in addition to doing this challenge. I also increased some protein per meal. I only lost a few lbs, but over all...my clothes are loser and I feel so much better. Amazing what just a 30 day challenge can do if you really work at it.

Hi,

It feels good to be finishing week 4 (first month of insanity). Looking forward to the week of recovery.
D1 pure cardio and abs
D2 cardio power and resistance
D3 plyometric cardio circuit
D4 missed workout as difficult night shift and needed rest- slept instead of doing cardio recovery
D5 my birthday- no workout. Lots of eating instead!!
D6 pure cardio and cardio abs
D7 plyometric cardio circuit

Today was supposed to be a rest day but I felt bad for 2 missed workouts so I did cardio power and resistance.

Very happy with the the way my clothes are fitting, although I haven't lost much weight (if any).
Well done to everyone who got through the month.
