I had one in January and did fairly well. I am leaving for Mexico next Wednesday for a week and I will have to just eat what I can - no fresh fruits or veggies (my belief is it needs to be cooked while in Mexico). My body doesn't always adjust well to food changes.

In the meantime I will still focus on January's goals (more fruits and veggies) a little better until next week.
